I'm not normally that keen on receiving emails asking me to promote an event or gallery opening. I recently got a couple of messages which didn't bother with the asking part and just instructed me to get promoting already. This is a surefire way to make me ignore you completely. But there are exceptions to this rule and the GuatePhoto Festival is one of them. I know nothing about Guatemala except that a friend of mine from college went to work there for a summer.
