I participated in the lecture on Ken Domon’s place in the history of Japanese photography organized in conjunction with the exhibition Ken Domon. Le maître du réalisme japonais at the Maison de la Culture du Japon in Paris. I spoke with the critic Kotaro Iizawa on the evolution of Domon’s work and his influence as one of the leading figures in the Japanese photography scene in the postwar years.
